    The Administrative Committee of YZEDZ is directly under Yangzhou Municipal Government.It can exercise administrative leadership and management on behalf of Yangzhou Municipal Government within the area of YZEDZ.

    Under the Adminis- trative Committee are Administrative Committee Office, Planning and Trade Department,Comprehensive Department,Project-building Office,Rural Work Office,National Revenue Office,Finance Department,Planning and Land Management Department.New Urban District Police Station and New Urban district Industrial and Commercial Branch Department.They also have services for YZEDZ construction and services for investors,like the Housing Office(responsible for tearing old houses down and settling the inhabitants down).
