Land use in YZEDZ

1.Means of Obtaining Land-Use Right:

The investors of various projects in YEDZ may obtain the land-use right, in confirmity with legal provisions through compensated transfer, sale, allocation or lease of state-owned land. Both foreign and domcstic investors are permitted to develop the land in the form of exclusive or joint investment, and the developed land and buildings there on are allowed to be transferred, leased or mortgaged in confirmity with legal provisions.

2. Time Limit for Transfer of Land-Use Right

The time limit for land assignees is as follows:
(l) 70 years for the purpose of residencc,
(2) 4 years for the purpose of commerce, tourism and recreation,
(3) 50 years for the purpose of industry . storage, science and technology, culture, education, public health, physical culture and integrated utilization.

3. Composition of Compositc Land Price in YEDZ.

The Land price in YEDZ is composed of compensation for expropriation of land, compensation for removal and emplacement, cost for the complete network of infrastructure, and land rent.
