1.Purchase and Lease of Standard Factory Buildings in YZEDZ.

The investors who have run enterprises in YEDZ may apply for purchase or lease of standard factory buildings.The purchasing price is $ 200 or so per square metre of floorage, which is applicable for the year of 1996. In addition to the purchasing price, purchasers need to pay a small amount of service charge for notarization, transaction registration, and etc. .

2.Characteristics of Standard Factory Buildings in YZEDZ.

The existing standard factory buildings in YEDZ are of multispan, castin-situ concrete intcgral construction.The concrete live floor load is designed for 660pa.
